The channel
A simulated Slack channel per project, such as #yonder-requests. Anyone can read them; pilot accounts post, reply and approve.
ChannelVML Yonder · Full Circle Agent pilot
Post a request in the channel. Full Circle Agent writes the change and its tests, turns every failure into a ticket, and deploys only after a person approves.
A signed-in test user posts a change request in the channel.
Full Circle Agent replies in the thread, changes the code of the test site and writes a test for it.
PHPUnit, Pint and Playwright run in Chromium, Firefox and WebKit. Progress shows on the board.
Each failing test becomes a proposed ticket, posted in the thread and on the board.
A signed-in person replies "approve". Nothing is fixed or deployed without it.
The change goes live on the test site, the live tests run, and the agent replies with the link.
Any test failures generate proposed tickets which, if approved, get created and attended to by Claude Code, followed by testing again. This repeats until no failures are observed.

Sign inThe agent works on more than one project. Each has its own channel, its own cards on the board, its own repository and its own tests. Both are test systems: nothing is booked, sold or charged.
